Description

These hackle pliers have a very small tip for holding fine hackles. The large finger ring insures a firm grip on the pliers and aids in wrapping. To use: 1) Depress the plunger top. 2) Insert the hackles into the small wire loop. 3) Release the plunger top. 4) Wrap the hackle.
